Since 1983 I've been a Top Producer in listing and selling single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, building lots, and investment properties. I've subdivided and assembled land resulting in development for hundreds of homes ( Single Family, Condos and Duplexes ). I've had twice as many sales in Burnaby's Southoaks area as any other realtor ( based on M.L.S. units listed and sold ) Awards: LIFETIME MEDALLION CLUB MEMBER ( 23 years ) : For regognition in outstanding achievement in listing and sales of property through Multiple Listing Service. SUTTON'S DIAMOND AWARD: The corporation's prestigious award given to its TOP PRODUCERS. Education: Graduated from U.B.C. ( Urban Land Economics ), B.C.I.T. ( Marketing Real Estate ). Hobbies: Since my youth I've been involved with basketball on various levels . In believing one should give back to the community I've coached girl's and boy's basketball for 6 years. Being an outdoor enthusiast I've enjoyed many years of downhill skiing, hiking and boating ( when I can find the time ). I was a drummer in a few bands years ago and still enjoy jamming and performing with local musicians. Community Interests: During the last 29 years I've dedicated my time on committees of the schools our 3 children have attended. I was on the education committee of two elementary schools for 11 years. I was also on the Executive Committee of our local school board. I'm the past Chair Person of the St Thomas More Colligiate Foundation working to raise $8.5 million dollars to build a new activity center.Currently a trustee on the STMC Foundation. Giving back to the communities I've received so much from has been a big part of my life and I thank all those who have made my 38 year career a success. |
